A regional financial services firm is looking to hire an experienced Director, Wealth Product Development to join their growing team in Dubai.About the Director, Wealth Product Development role:Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead the development of innovative financial products and manage white-labeling projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the research, development, and launch of cutting-edge investment funds.
- Partner with the investment team to identify market gaps and craft innovative fund solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide product development decisions.
- Manage white-labeling of financial products, ensuring they align with client needs and regulations.
- Champion the entire new product development process, from concept to launch.
- Coordinate effectively across marketing, sales, compliance, and operations for successful product launches.
- Develop and execute market strategies including pricing, positioning, and promotional plans.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance or related discipline. MBA or CFA is advantageous.
- Minimum 8 years of proven track record of success launching new fund strategies and financial products.
- Knowledge of European and/or Asian market needs and product placements.
- Excellent communication skills to manage and influence different stakeholders.
