Overview:We are looking for a strategic and analytical Director - Total Rewards to lead our compensation, benefits, and HR analytics functions, while adopting global best practices and being aligned to the overall Human Capital objectives of Core42. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive total rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate employees. Additionally, this role will drive the use of data-driven insights to inform decision-making across the HR function.This role will be directly reporting to Core42 CHRO, and will be based in our Corporate Office Abu Dhabi.Core42 is the UAEs national-scale enabler for cloud and generative AI, combining G42 Groups expertise across multiple technology disciplines into a single platform for public sector and large enterprise transformations. Building on our capabilities as sovereign cloud and HPC specialist, we bring generative AI, cybersecurity, professional and managed services expertise to enable national-scale program deployments across industries.To be a key contributor to the overall Human Capital strategy of one of the UAEs largest and fastest growing high-tech organizations that delivers critical digital transformation solutions for the government and large enterprises.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a total rewards strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.
Conduct Benchmarking Activities and design competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the administration of compensation, including salary benchmarking, annual salary reviews, bonus programs, and equity plans.
Manage employee benefits programs and drive improvements to attract and retain top talent.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Core42s grading structure and ensure consistent application of approved job evaluation methodology.
Review the alignment of annual increments, corrections and promotions with annual appraisals.
Oversee the development of performance related pay schemes and executive compensation programs, as well as their implementation in alignment with market practices, business performance and shareholder expectations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Mitigate risks associated with compensation and benefits programs through effective governance and oversight.
Coordinate closely with relevant departments across Human Capital to assess the performance, potential and capabilities of employees and create effective reward programs.
Lead the due diligence process and comprehensive review of all compensation and benefit plans for new ventures, mergers, and acquisitions.
Lead the HR analytics function to collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to drive strategic decisions.
Develop and maintain HR metrics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and diversity metrics.
Coordinate HR Digitalization efforts with Group Functions and, ensure implementation of the changes for Core42.
Utilize predictive analytics to forecast trends and support workforce planning initiatives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to provide data-driven recommendations on HR initiatives, policies, and programs.
Qualifications:
12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards management, compensation and benefits, and HR analytics, preferably in a leadership role. Prior experience working at Tech and Consulting companies, highly preferred.
Strong understanding of compensation structures, benefits administration, and HR analytics methodologies.
Experience with HR Technology and proficiency in HR analytics tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Strategic mindset with the ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
