As a Director within the Strategy & Commercial Advisory business unit, you will leverage your experience in sports consulting to lead on day-to-day project delivery whilst also supporting the leadership team to identify new business opportunities to meet the organisation\'s growth aspirations
Lead on complex project engagements and take full ownership of operational delivery, drawing on the expertise of the multi-disciplinary team at your disposal
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring successful project delivery on time and in budget
Establish the client as a market leader by securing new business opportunities, leveraging your network and effectively communicating the company\'s value proposition
Lead business development activities to identify new opportunities as well as maintain existing relationships through excellence of delivery
Build strong relationships with colleagues, actively contribute to the management team and take the lead on strategic initiatives

Degree-qualified in a relevant field
Substantial experience at a senior leadership level in a consultancy environment, specifically on sport engagements within the Middle East
Established network of contacts within the sports/venues/events sector
Proven track record of securing new business and developing strong client relationships
Commercial awareness and experience with sound business decision-making and contract negotiation
Proficient in MS Office and iOS applications
