implementation of communication plans and strategies with a creative vision to advance executive-level initiatives.\xc3\xbc Oversee and direct the implementation of all aspects of communications including crisis communications, public relations, conferences, seminars, and relationships with the media and other external stakeholders to protect and enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation.\xc3\xbc Collaborate with senior management to assemble and lead project teams as needed to provide support for high-priority projects and strategic initiatives, from planning to publicity, visibility and ongoing coverage.\xc3\xbc Oversee and lead the development of a robust communications support for emerging or ongoing high-profile priorities, including crisis management communications, by convening and leading the corporate communications team and in collaboration with offices and departments across other relevant government entities.\xc3\xbc Provide leadership in message development and consistency, in support of emerging and long-term priority projects such as, the pandemic, crisis management, new initiatives, and strategic projects.\xc3\xbc Oversee and lead the development of leadership and strategic project content for internal and external newsletters, brochures, public news releases, and other correspondence for and on behalf of the leadership team.\xc3\xbc Enhance internal and external communications of company by keeping abreast with industries\xe2\x80\x99 best practices and updates in communications, marketing, and public relations-related matter whilst adhering to company standards and guidelines.\xc3\xbc Lead the practical, hands-on guidance and coaching for members of the Strategic Relations and Protocol team and other colleagues on message development, alignment, and distribution for public and media consumption.\xc3\xbc Ensure protection of the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand identity in all forms of official communication either inhouse or in the external media by overseeing the strategic communications initiatives and activities to ensure alignment with the entity\xe2\x80\x99s branding standards.\xc3\xbc Instil a culture of continuous improvement and change management through the utilization of appropriate communication platforms.Strategy and Planning\xc3\xbc Direct and lead the development and implementation of the department related policies, systems, procedures manual, system user manuals and standard forms to ensure compliance across the company and alignment with company\xe2\x80\x99s overall policies and procedures.\xc3\xbc Ensure effective cascading of the sector strategy into the department\xe2\x80\x99s strategic and operational plans to achieve company\xe2\x80\x99s overall objectives.\xc3\xbc Develop and direct the implementation of the department strategic, budget and procurement, and operational plans, and monitor corporate performance ensuring alignment with the sector strategy, company\xe2\x80\x99s vision, mission and corporate objectives.\xc3\xbc Forecast and develop department budget and direct the monitoring of financial performance against the budget to mentor, guide, and coach section heads by using effective leadership strategies, providing directions and ensuring proper execution of all initiatives undertaken by company to the highest standards.Corporate\xc3\xbc Oversee and direct periodic organizational structure change and to ensure optimal resource utilization.\xc3\xbc Direct change management through continuous improvement of prepared timely and accurately and meet company\xe2\x80\x99s requirements, and quality standards.\xc3\xbc Oversee department adherence and compliance with all company\xe2\x80\x99s corporate policies, procedures, and guidelines (HR, IT, Procurement, Finance, Health and Safety etc.) and code of business conduct.To qualify for this role, you must have:Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications out of which in a managerial role. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in media, communication or Relevant Field. Experience in developing and executing comprehensive PR & Communication strategies and plans. Experience in organizing big exhibitions.
