Job Overview:We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Director of Solar Projects to lead our solar division and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solar project management and a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale solar projects.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company\'s overall solar project strategy in line with business objectives and market trends
• Lead and manage a team of project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of solar projects
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from design and planning to installation and commissioning
• Conduct site visits and assessments to determine project feasibility and identify potential risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Keep up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve project delivery and stay ahead of competitors
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on project performance, budget, and forecasts.

Qualifications:

• Master\'s degree in Renewable Energy or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in solar project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale solar projects, preferably in the Middle East region
• Strong technical knowledge of solar systems and components, as well as relevant regulations and standards
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate team members
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
