Ensure secure payment terms and appropriate commercial contract terms in client agreements.7. Utilize strong negotiation skills to manage KPI penalties and contractual claims effectively.8. Develop team skills and capabilities by facilitating technical certifications and training.9. Standardize processes and SOPs across all projects to elevate client delivery standards.10. Engage with clients regularly to understand their business needs and ensure client satisfaction.Technical Competencies:
