Director Sales Channel Management

Job Description

:1. Develop and execute channel management strategies to optimize sales performance and drive revenue growth.
2. Lead and mentor the online sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners to expand market reach and enhance brand presence.
4. Oversee the lead assignment process to ensure leads are promptly and accurately distributed to the appropriate team members.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance lead generation strategies and improve lead quality.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient systems to streamline sales operations.
7. Analyze sales data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
8. Align and integrate the sales channels to key business processes (Events, Promos & Roadshows)
9. Drive a culture of performance excellence, accountability, and teamwork within the sales department.10. Provide sales forecast to help business in operation planning with capacity/inventory recommendations during key launches
11. Consult with Client & Marketing Strategies, Product teams and business stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with business platform strategies and deliver corresponding solutions to achieve the overall goal
12. Overseeing the implementation of marketing strategies for multiple projects across various marketing channels
13. Reaching out to and establishing relationships with referral partners
14.
