These highly effective professionals ensures both owners and hotel teams are satisfied with Accor GPO offer and work tirelessly to improve procurement program experience, adoption and engagement while growing Procurement\xe2\x80\x99s leverage through development, deployment and leadership of Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence. They are problem solvers, road block eliminators and expert influencers\xe2\x80\x8b

Main complexity / critical issues in the job

Communicate and deploy available RB&E procurement solutions to L&L properties and work with L&L network on compliance and adoption\xe2\x80\x8b

Develop deep understanding of L&L RB&E Category needs and translate these needs into best in class category strategies and requirements for Power Brands and Global Shared Services teams to accurately capture it in tenders and strategic sourcing activities\xe2\x80\x8b

Work with Power Brands and Global Shared Services Procurement Teams to qualify supplier solutions and ensure these meet L&L RB&E needs\xe2\x80\x8b

Perform end-to-end procurement for specific L&L RB&E categories to ensure stakeholders expectations and Brand Specific Procurement Programs needs are met\xe2\x80\x8b

Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships to assure competitive advantage and client of choice designation\xe2\x80\x8b

Position may require up to 30% travel

2-4 direct reports and 5-10 total (once Regional Procurement Centers of Excellence are established)\xe2\x80\x8b

The position may be based in Dubai or Singapore.

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive experience in a procurement related field with strong understanding of RB&E categories\xe2\x80\x8b

Hospitality, retail, consulting and financial services industry experience preferred\xe2\x80\x8b

Strong data analytics and digitally capable professional

Strategic sourcing experience with focus on stakeholder engagement and needs assessment\xe2\x80\x8b

Exceptional negotiations skills\xe2\x80\x8b

Empathetic, business savvy and operationally aware\xe2\x80\x8b

Strong project managers with high degree of attention to details
