Your key responsibilities
• Deliver long term strategic sales plan for ISOL business in IMA in line with global strategy.
• Execute strategic priorities for the region (which are decided in alignment with global Ingredient Solutions "ISOL" segments).
• Lead the team by example to develop cross-selling and solution selling opportunities.
• Responsible for demand related inputs to Sales and Operations Planning process.
• Determine how to win by building a best in class team capable on delivering outstanding results to run and grow the ISOL Regional Business.
• Strong collaboration with other functions to support a holistic customer-centric approach and solutions (application, marketing, commercial etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and relevant stakeholders, promoter and gatekeeper of business ethics, and build cross-functional bridges within TTH to execute the ISOL strategy.
• Partner with the global segments, to provide input for segment strategies ensuring development and deployment of relevant innovations across different segments like Beverages, Dairy, Baking, Brewing & Confectionary Ingredients (BBCI) etc. segments to achieve the innovation and business objectives of the ISOL.

You bring
• A Master's degree, or equivalent level based on work experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a comparable sales leadership position in B2B environment.
• Experience in food industry, preferably in Beverages and related.
• Strong Commercial and project pipeline management skills.
• Strategic mindset allowing to combine longer term view with short term drive to deliver results.
• Strong customer centricity and internal stakeholder management.
• Empathic leadership, focused on developing teams.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
