The Group has also been embedding sustainability at the core of its business strategy with a clear commitment towards people, partners and the planet, and by being a member of the United Nations Global Compact Community and signatory of the Women's Empowerment Principles.What you'll be doingThis role is responsible for shaping and executing a high-impact performance management framework that fosters a culture of continuous feedback, fair assessments, and career growth. This role ensures alignment between employee performance and business objectives by leading key initiatives such as goal setting, year-end performance cycles, quarterly check-ins, and leadership accountability. Collaborating with HR leaders, senior executives, and business unit heads, the role drives performance transparency, enables data-driven decision-making, and ensures a consistent, high-performance culture that optimizes individual and organizational effectiveness.Performance Management Strategy & Execution
  • Design and implement a group -wide performance management strategy aligned with business priorities and future talent needs.
  • Ensure performance processes drive fair, transparent, and objective assessments across all levels of the organization.
  • Own and optimize the year-end performance review cycle, ensuring leaders and employees are well-prepared through targeted communications, training, and calibration sessions.
  • Drive the quarterly check-in process, enabling real-time feedback, goal updates, and developmental conversations.
Goal Setting & Alignment
  • Establish and refine goal-setting methodologies (e.g., SMART goals, OKRs) to ensure clear, measurable, and business-aligned objectives.
  • Guide leaders and employees in setting stretch yet achievable goals that drive performance and career development.
  • Monitor goal-setting trends and ensure consistency in cascading objectives across the Group
  • Provide tools and training to managers on effective goal setting, tracking progress, and adjusting goals as needed throughout the performance cycle.
Driving a High-Performance & Feedback Culture
  • Embed a continuous feedback culture by championing tools, techniques (e.g., SBI, EBI feedback models), and leadership coaching.
  • Lead initiatives such as Performance Booster Week/Month, hosting interactive workshops to prepare managers and employees for performance discussions.
  • Work with senior leaders to ensure performance conversations are growth-oriented, objective, and tied to business impact.
  • Strengthen employee and manager accountability by providing clear guidelines on goal-setting, feedback, and performance differentiation.
Leadership Enablement & Fair Assessments
  • Facilitate performance calibration discussions to ensure fair and consistent performance differentiation across teams and functions.
  • Develop and execute leader training programs focused on conducting effective performance discussions and assessments.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to mitigate bias in performance evaluations and ensure alignment with talent development strategies.
  • Ensure performance ratings and outcomes are effectively linked to rewards, promotions, and development plans.
Performance Data, Insights & HR Technology
  • Leverage HR technology (e.g., SAP, DRIVE, Qualtrics) to streamline performance tracking, reporting, and insights.
  • Establish data-driven performance reviews, ensuring metrics-based evaluation of employee contributions and potential.
  • Generate insights from performance analytics to advise leadership on workforce trends, top talent identification, and intervention areas.
Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Lead change management efforts related to performance management transformation, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
  • Collaborate with People Partners, HRBPs, and business unit heads to drive adoption of performance initiatives.
  • Influence senior leadership by positioning performance management as a strategic enabler of business success and employee growth.
Managing Low Performance & Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
  • Develop and implement structured processes for identifying, addressing, and managing low performance at all levels.
  • Equip managers with the tools and training needed to have constructive, objective, and supportive conversations with low performers.
  • Oversee the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) framework, ensuring struggling employees receive clear expectations, support, and opportunities to improve.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to ensure fair treatment, legal compliance, and alignment with company policies in managing low performance.
  • Use data and analytics to identify early warning signs of performance decline and proactively intervene.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Expertise in designing and executing enterprise-wide performance management frameworks.
  • Strong background in embedding feedback tools (SBI, EBI, 360 reviews) and coaching leaders on performance conversations.
  • Experience with SAP, Qualtrics, and data-driven decision-making in performance evaluation.
  • Ability to align, engage, and influence executives in shaping a high-performance culture.
  • Expertise in bias mitigation, performance calibration, and transparent assessment processes.
  • Strong understanding of goal alignment frameworks (e.g., OKRs, SMART goals) and linking performance to career growth.
  • Ability to ensure performance initiatives drive business impact and workforce readiness.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and executive committees.
