The responsibilities of the role involve identifying and negotiating new commercial & loyalty partnership agreements, onboarding and activating partners, optimizing revenue performance, and growing brand advocacy for the ALL loyalty programme, Accor Plus Subscription products and web direct channel.This position requires the skills to align & influence stakeholders needs, a strong project management background and problem solving skills to impact and drive results. This role will enhance the performance of partners in MEA APAC and ensure that we can create mutually beneficial relationships.The ideal candidate would possess strong experience in loyalty commercial partnerships, particularly having worked within the Middle East & Africa region.Key responsibilities of the role will include:New Partnerships
  • Identifying, negotiating and finalising commercial partnerships, with the ability to forecast results and create business cases to seek the approval of partnership opportunities.
  • Once commercial and deal is finalized, the Director Partnerships will ensure the contracting/onboarding end-to-end process of the new partner through to go Live.
  • Contracting: Draft partnership contracts and oversee end-to-end contract approval process involving Accor legal and partner stakeholders, until the contract is fully executed.
  • Integrating and Onboarding: Align with the Accor Central Partnership functions to prepare & submit all technical integration requirements and the onboarding process of all new partners.
  • Integration: Oversees and project-manages all end-to-end integration process between the Accor Digital Factory team and the new partner.
  • New Partnerships Optimisation - Support the development of launch and marketing plans to grow new partners cash-in revenue contribution, and bringing potential activations promptly to relevant internal stakeholders.
Existing Partnerships
  • Develop an activation and performance strategy for each partnership, localised to the market to drive revenue growth and strengthen business opportunities
  • Day-to-Day contact for Key Account Partners, working closely with the partners to develop and execute campaigns, marketing channels opportunities, and discover new/expanded opportunities to grow the value proposition of the partners that are aligned with established partnerships strategy.
  • Work closely with all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure understanding and timely activation of partnerships activities/plans
  • Carefully manage the performance of each partnership ensuring that all success metrics are being achieved, with clear and accountable action plans to improve results as necessary.
Supporting Key Strategic Partners
  • Supports relevant stakeholders in follow-up tasks for key partners whenever needed (e.g. Card issuers, Banks, Global partners or Cross Reward partners)
  • Develop partnership opportunities with key national tourist bodies in conjunction with regional commercial leaders and the MEA APAC Marketing team
Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Marketing or Business or Business Management
  • 5 years minimum in a strategic Partnerships position within the global Hospitality/Financial/loyalty industries
  • Financial Services and/or Airlines knowledge - desirable
  • Familiar working in Matrix-reporting environment
  • Multi-market background
  • Commercial Acumen and Project Management
  • Entrepreneurial & strategic spirit - ability to identify and forecast potential
  • Collaborative & interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to listen, understand, and navigate complex stakeholder environments
