Talent and culture strategic plan: prepare, communicate, and implement the annual T&C departmental plan.
Talent acquisition: Manage the recruitment, selection, and retention processes.
Reward and Recognition: Drive and continually review and improve T&C solutions such as reward and recognition, employee wellbeing, talent management, and leadership programs.
Compensation and benefits: Manage the salary review process.
Develop and propose plans relating to current and future manpower requirements of the hotel to ensure it is appropriately manned based on the projected business levels.
Liaise with employment agencies, educational institutions, government bodies, etc., to source employees and explore potential recruitment channels.
Identify, prioritize, and meet the short-and long-term training and development needs of the hotel.
Review recommendations for promotions and career development from department heads and ExCom members for the General Managers approval.
Direct employee events and social activities at the hotel.
Ensure effective dissemination of information to employees.
Serve as an internal consultant, guiding and resolving grievance and disciplinary matters.
Foster positive colleague relations by promoting open communication, trust, mutual respect, and a fun work environment.
Manage the annual T&C budget effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree with a specialization in human resources from a reputable university.
A minimum of 8 years of human research management experience preferred
Experience in the hospitality industry required
Experience in the UAE is necessary
Thorough understanding of the U.A.E labor law
