Our q-commerce concept, talabat mart (121 Stores), now delivers groceries to customers in Bahrain, Iraq, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and the UAE in 30 minutes or less!talabat is part of the Delivery Hero Group, the worlds leading local delivery platform operating in 70+ countries worldwide As a Director of Subscription, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Talabats subscription program Talabat Pro regionally, working closely with markets to unlock growth & strengthen Talabat Pros value proposition.What's on your plate?Define overall program strategy and targets, with the support of key local & regional stakeholdersExplore & launch levers to strengthen Talabat Pros value proposition for both subscribers and vendorsWork closely with Product on roadmap planning, new feature launches, and UX/UI optimization.Drive program growth, analyzing key performance metrics such as acquisition, retention, churn, engagement, customer & vendor ROI.Manage Talabat Pro P&L, ensuring healthy program economics across markets.Scale vendor adoption, working closely with Sales teams to onboard & retain vendors onto the program.Collaborate with Marketing to streamline Talabat Pro comms & campaigns across markets.Launch new markets and design GTM strategyLiaise with Customer Service, Sales, PR, Legal, Finance in case of major tech incidents or bugs.QualificationsEntrepreneurial mindset - previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment, managing or owning a P&LLeadership - previous experience managing large teams, in a multi-stakeholder roleInnovative - loves launching & scaling new products or services, and thinks outside the boxData-driven - leverages data to drive performance, make decisions, and prioritize
