Manage the effective achievement of assigned objectives by setting up individual objectives, managing performance, developing, and motivating staff to maximize sectional performance.
Provide support to the RMs by attending all the deal closure meetings undertaken by DAMAC.
Monitor the sales process to ensure that all the sales are achieved by the prescribed selling method and operational protocols set by DAMAC.
Ensure proper planning and team allocation for the marketing events including projects, campaigns, roadshows, product launches, etc. undertaken for meeting the marketing targets of DAMAC.
Ensure adherence to DAMAC\'s policies and code of conduct, data maintenance, and other guidelines in all the deal processes as undertaken by the department.
Act as a role model and drive adherence to organizational values and ethics by employees of the Agents Sales department to foster a value driven culture within the organization.
Ensure effective cascading of the Sales and Development functional strategy into the AGENTS Sales department business plans to ensure vertical alignment and horizontal integration with other interfacing departmental strategies.
Manage the allocated team of sales professionals and agents to ensure the achievement of the periodic sales targets as set by the management.
Ensure maintenance of the sales productivity and consistency of the overall team.
Monitor Down Payments as received by the customers and ensure all the subsequent documentation is collected at a team level to completely close the sales deal and the same complies with the policies of DAMAC.
Provide reports to the manager regarding the analysis of current sales activities against the key indicators and the set targets.
