• Pipeline generation, qualification, enrichment, and execution
• High activity level for prospecting (including calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and meetings)
• Gathering prospect requirements and tailoring product positioning and demonstrations to fit needs
• Develop, execute, and implement channel and partner strategy & programs with an emphasis on incremental revenue generation
• Handling deals end to end (commercials, negotiation, procurement)
• Identifying key customers' feedback/requirements and reporting back to Product and Marketing
• Represent at conferences, attend meetups, and contribute to overall brand and awareness
• Working with local channel partners to facilitate deals
##### Requirements
• 5-7 years of proven experience as a lead sales executive working for a technology company in the fintech sector, with a strong focus on driving revenue and managing key client relationships
• A maverick - able to operate alone in a territory with remote support
• Extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is preferred
• Tech-savvy, self-driven
• Excellent written & oral communication in English. Other languages are a plus
• Go-getter and doer - do not wait to be fed, pro-active
• Capable of performing in an agile and flexible startup environment
• Knowledge and experience in Blockchain technology - advantage
