Director of SalesDubai basedLuxury Resorts MaldivesNew opportunity for an experienced Director of Sales to join the senior leadership team with this luxury resort property based in the Maldives \xe2\x80\x93 With the position being based in Dubai.As Director of Sales you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for the daily sales, revenue, overall positioning, & development of customer & partner relationships for the property \xe2\x80\x93 Representing the property in the Middle Eastern market including tradeshows, conferences & events.Requirements:
- Currently based in the UAE with 3 years\' experience in a senior sales position at a 5-star ultra-luxury hotel/ resort
- Maldives experience would be an added advantage
- Relevant degree, in sales, business development or other relevant business field
- Dynamic, positive & energetic leadership style, hold excellent communication & decision-making skills.
- Ability to travel extensively based on business requirements.
- Strong focus on existing business & capability to develop new venture prospects
- Significant ability to work independently, taking full responsibility of the Middle East market.
