Develop and execute strategic plans for real estate projects in the GCC. Oversee the full lifecycle of development, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met. Build and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, brokers, and investors. Lead and mentor a team of real estate professionals. Analyze market trends to identify risks and opportunities. Manage project finances, including budgeting and investment analysis. Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. Minimum Requirements:

A strong background in overseeing the planning, design and execution of luxury residential developments. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. At least 20 years of experience in real estate development, with significant exposure to international markets. Strong leadership and communication skills. Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong knowledge of the construction industry, specifically in the luxury residential sector. Excellent stakeholder management skills. A strategic mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
