Director of ProgramFind your next job opportunity with Adecco. The Director of Program is responsible for owning specific special projects, starting from their emergence from business development or other value creation initiatives, fully developing the requirements for their operations, standing up the programs and taking them to independent viability. Key Accountabilities
Plan, manage and control projects with internal and external stakeholders related to the Contract
Ensure resource availability and allocation to meet contracted requirements
Develop a detailed project plan and objectives to monitor and track progress across the program; define KPIs to monitor program development
Direct changes to the program\'s scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques
Direct Contract performance across the company and the efficient interface with customer end users
In conjunction with the program Supply Chain team conduct regular reviews against established metrics of each entity performance against the contracted requirements
Report and escalate performance or execution issues to management as needed
Establish and take responsibility for the running of the entire entity including oversight of all other country efforts for ongoing integrated logistics support
Be the primary interface for the company with the contracted Agents across and their performance
Create and maintain comprehensive program documentation
Regularly report to Leadership on the program\'s progress and future potential
Ensure that programs remain on-time, within scope and within budget
Perform risk management to minimize program risks
Education
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or a relevant required
MBA or a Master\'s degree in a related field desirable
Qualifications and experience
At least 15+ years in strategy departments or management consulting
Project management experience required
Experience in UAE/MENA markets is highly recommended
Experience in the defense/security sectors highly desirable
