experience:
Leadership Experience within the field of product design or user experience, ideally with a proven track record of successfully leading design teams and driving strategic initiatives.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in product design, user experience design, interaction design, or a related field.
Previous experience working in the e-commerce or technology industry is highly desirable, as it provides insights into the unique challenges and opportunities within the digital product landscape.
Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, and data analytics, to deliver impactful design solutions.
A strong portfolio showcasing a history of successful design projects, including examples of innovative solutions, user-centered design approaches, and measurable impact on business goals.
Experience in mentoring and developing design talent, as well as fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Technical Background:
Proficiency in Design Tools: Mastery of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools is essential for creating prototypes and design assets.
Understanding of Front-End Development: While not necessarily a requirement, having a basic understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) can be advantageous in collaborating effectively with engineering teams.
Knowledge of Design Systems: Experience in developing and maintaining design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across products.
