Director of Presales SaaS Organization Dubai, Full TimeWe are looking for a Director of Presales to join our client, who are a leading global SaaS organization in Dubai. As the Director of Presales, you will facilitate seamless communication and alignment between customer-facing teams and product/engineering teams, ensuring the technical success of the sales process. Your responsibilities will revolve around on integration, feature prioritization, and managing the technical aspects of customer engagements.Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical liaison for new and potential customers, addressing inquiries related to integrations, system architecture, and the product roadmap.
Evaluate and qualify technical aspects of new opportunities to ensure alignment with the organization's capabilities and strategic objectives.
Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to design custom technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Create and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and detailed architecture diagrams.
Monitor and communicate technical updates affecting the sales process, ensuring Sales and BD teams are well-informed to address customer concerns effectively.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prioritize feature development based on customer insights and strategic initiatives.
Serve as the customer's advocate within the technology team, ensuring their needs and feedback influence product evolution.
Bridge communication gaps between technical and non-technical stakeholders by translating complex ideas into actionable and understandable information.
Represent the technical team during customer interactions and industry events to highlight the company's technological expertise.
Partner with Pre-Sales and Account Management teams within the Chief Revenue Office to align technical and commercial objectives.
Lead the implementation of tools and processes that enhance the efficiency and precision of technical pre-sales activities.
Qualifications:
Over 10 years of experience in roles relating to technical pre-sales, and sales/solutions engineering.
Significant and proven experience in a technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or related leadership role within a SaaS or technology-focused environment.
Robust technical foundation, preferably with hands-on expertise in software engineering, system integrations, or technical consulting.
Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of product management methodologies and proficiency in using road mapping tools.
A customer-first mindset, adept at balancing immediate priorities with strategic long-term objectives.
