The Operations Director oversees the Customer Service, Dispatch, and Airport Coordination team. The role requires to complete successful implementation of scheduling, productivity, quality control, and safety measures as per company policy. The role requires to enhance the operational procedures, systems, and principles in the areas of SOPs and management, business processes, reporting, and looking for opportunities to expand the company's network.
Principal Responsibilities:
Ride Dispatch:
Develop and implement efficient ride dispatch systems to ensure timely and reliable transportation services.
Monitor real-time operations to address any issues and optimize resource allocation.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team to achieve high-performance standards.
Develop training programs and ensure staff is well-equipped to handle operational challenges.
Managing the airport greeters team in different airports
Supplier Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring a reliable and cost-effective supply chain.
Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.
Operational Metrics:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Process Improvement:
Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance overall service delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and best practices.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure that operations comply with relevant industry regulations and company standards.
Implement quality assurance programs to maintain high service standards.
Budget Management:
Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the operations budget.
Monitor and control operational costs while maximizing efficiency.
Competencies and Skills:
MS office (Especially Excel)
Essential Qualifications:
Skills of the Operations Manager include, but are not limited to:
8-10 Years Proven Experience from the industry.
Bachelor's Degree, Master's degree preferred.
Proven Leadership experience, and managing a team of 20 and above
Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills
