Job Description
We are looking for an experienced leader to join our client as Director of Operations Delivery Services in the Dubai, UAE.In this pivotal role, you will oversee service delivery operations, manage client relationships, and drive operational excellence across large-scale projects.What You'll Do:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Operational Management: Oversee the end-to-end delivery of services and projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and compliance standards.
- Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for operational delivery, building strong relationships with stakeholders and driving customer satisfaction.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, optimize resources, and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining top-tier service standards.
- Innovation: Drive process improvements and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
- 10+ years of experience in high-transaction operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Expertise in managing large-scale projects and achieving operational KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools, ERP systems, and data analysis software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Candidates with BPO experience is a MUST
