You are an experienced healthcare professional and Director of Operations who efficiently translates corporate strategies into operational systems. With extensive industry experience, you are a reliable leader who fosters relationships across departments.Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent English and possibly Arabic communication and interpersonal skills;
• Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, backed by previous professional success;
• Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, production, and employee management;
• Proven ability to plan and manage operational processes for maximum efficiency and productivity;
• Ability to streamline or implement structures and roles that boost speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly shifting business demands;
• Strong working knowledge of industry regulations and legal guidelines.

Education & Qualifications:

• Medical degree and hands-on medical experience as a Physician or within the Nursing department;
• A business degree is mandatory;
• Proven hospital management experience, preferably JCI & CBAHI accredited.

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical & non-clinical operations of the organization, managing resources and processes, implementing operational policies, and collaborating with the different department heads. The role plays a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, contributing to its overall success.Your main tasks will be:

• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives;
• Draw on relationships with department heads, external partners, and vendors to make decisions regarding operational activity and strategic goals;
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks;
