Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in emergency response, training, and consultancy services.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
