Drive operational excellence by leading the company Operations - Emergency Response, Training and Consultancy. Empower corporate strategic direction, implement policy and procedures and provide the tactical and operational leadership to ensure strategic alignment. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in emergency response, training, and consultancy services.
Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
