Leadership & Management: Provide direction on nursing operations, guiding the executive team on workforce planning, performance management, and patient safety.
Clinical Governance: Ensure alignment with healthcare regulations, risk management protocols, and accreditation standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Workforce Strategy: Collaborate with Human Resources to implement recruitment, retention, and development plans for nursing staff, ensuring they meet evolving healthcare needs.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with regulatory bodies, healthcare providers, and educational institutions to align nursing practices and maintain high standards of care.
Change Management: Lead and support change initiatives, ensuring staff engagement, operational efficiency, and improved patient outcomes.
Research & Innovation: Support the integration of research and evidence-based practices across nursing operations, contributing to clinical innovation and improved patient care.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors in Nursing or equivalent, with a Masters in Nursing/Health Services Management (Ph.D. preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 3 years as a Director of Nursing or 5 years as an Associate Director.
Skills & Expertise: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with deep knowledge of nursing regulations, clinical operations, and accreditation frameworks.
Licensure: A valid national nursing license, with ongoing participation in professional development programs and CME certifications.
