Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the hotel\'s objectives and values.
Design and deliver training programs for all levels, including onboarding, leadership development, technical skills training, and service excellence.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make adjustments as necessary.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and accountability among Colleagues
Collaborate with department heads and senior leadership to identify training needs and opportunities for improvement.
Lead and inspire the L&D team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and professional growth.
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and innovations in learning and development, and incorporate into training initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an L&D role, as Training Manager or similar role of learning and development, training, or talent development roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire team members at all levels
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficiency in learning management systems and other training technologies
