Director of Investments position, with a reputable and institutional family office based in Dubai.
Director of Investments


The Director of Investments will be responsible for overseeing and managing the family office's diversified investment portfolio, including both real estate and non-real estate asset classes. The role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with deep expertise in real estate investments, as well as experience in public markets and commodities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive investment strategy covering real estate, public markets, and commodities. Oversee portfolio construction, asset allocation, and risk management across multiple asset classes. Conduct ongoing market research, economic analysis, and investment due diligence to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Monitor portfolio performance, making strategic adjustments as needed to optimize returns. Source, evaluate, and execute real estate acquisitions, developments, and dispositions across various property types Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and feasibility analysis for potential real estate investments. Oversee asset management, including leasing strategies, capital expenditures, and value-add initiatives Oversee investments in equities, fixed income, hedge funds, and other liquid asset classes.

Qualifications & Experience:

Must have 10+ years of investment management experience, including real estate and public markets. Strong track record of sourcing, structuring, and managing real estate investments. Experience managing portfolios across equities, fixed income, and commodities. Advanced financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis skills. Strong network within real estate, capital markets, and investment management communities.
