Key Responsibilities:



Sales Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for consumer electronics, notebooks, computer parts, and mobile phones, focusing on the EMEA and Russian markets.

Market Penetration:

Identify and target key markets, establishing a strong presence and driving sales growth in the region.

Client Relationships:

Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.

Revenue Generation:

Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.

Market Analysis:

Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the range of products sold and the current price situation for each product.

Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of sales managers and representatives, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring alignment with company goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless sales process and exceptional customer experience.

Compliance:

Ensure all sales activities comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:



Experience:

Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Manager in the consumer electronics sector, with a proven track record of successful sales and client management.

Market Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of the international electronics market conditions, particularly in the EMEA and Russian regions.

Client Base:

Established network of clients in the relevant markets.

Skills:

Strong negotiation, analytical, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

Leadership:

Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Communication:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
