Main Responsibilities:
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the food and beverage team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive food and beverage strategy that aligns with the hotel's brand and guest expectations.
• Oversee the creation and execution of seasonal and signature menus, ensuring the highest standards of quality, creativity, and presentation.
• Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets, ensuring seamless service delivery and adherence to hotel standards.
• Prepare and oversee the F&B budget, analyzing financial performance, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth.
• Enhance the guest experience through personalized service, attention to detail, and responsiveness to guest feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring the highest quality products and optimal pricing.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotional initiatives and events that highlight F&B offerings and drive sales.
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage management within a luxury hotel or hospitality environment.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a guest-focused approach.
• Deep knowledge of F&B trends and service excellence.
• Work experience in Middle East/ GCC
