Role:
- Lead the formulation and execution of the digital strategy, aligning technology initiatives with objectives
- Direct the maintenance of enterprise architecture practices to ensure IT changes align with strategic needs
- Oversee the development and implementation of data management practices, encompassing big data, business intelligence, and open data capabilities
- Govern technology initiatives through robust technology governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with standards
- Foster innovation by supervising the development and application of mechanisms for defining technologies
- Ensure the integration of knowledge management, deploying systems for efficient knowledge sharing and transfer across the organization

Requirements:
- This role is applicable to the UAE talent pool in accordance with the UAE nationalization law
- 12+ years of experience in Information Technology or a relevant field including 4 years in a supervisory/leadership role
- Bachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering from a recognized University
- Results-driven achiever with exceptional planning and organizational skills
- Goal-driven leader fostering a productive climate, motivating, mobilizing, and coaching employees to achieve high performance standards
- Computer-literate professional with extensive proficiency in a wide variety of applications
