This role will have responsibility to support the specialist sales and solutioning model for cross-border payments solutions working closely with other Visa Commercial and Money Movement teams locally and across geographies, to prioritize and evangelize Visa\'s cross-border payments capabilities as a key value-add for our chosen customers. The individual will build the business by delivering a go to market plan that includes tactical initiatives that promote business growth and incremental revenues.A natural collaborator, you will develop a network of key cross functional stakeholders across the region including, sales, client support, government relations, compliance, legal, finance, marketing and implementation to expand the Visa B2B Connect network. This role will suit someone who is excited by the opportunity to deploy innovative payment solutions that deliver meaningful change to how businesses can pursue their international growth potential.The individual in this role will report to the Head of Non-Card XB GTM in the CEMEA Money Movement organization and will be accountable for developing and executing the commercialization and go-to-market plan for Visa B2B Connect and cross-border money movement capabilities across CEMEA in all client segments, and in supporting the money movement business development teams achieve sales and revenue targets.ResponsibilitiesVisa B2B Connect as a solution is at an early stage of its lifecycle for which this role requires candidate to--Develop and drive the execution of a sales plan and strategy in the CEMEA region in conjunction with internal colleagues and stakeholders as well as external partners.-Drive awareness campaigns, identify senior management stakeholders at client banks and lead discussions with them, while working with the Visa B2B Connect product, solutions and implementation teams to write, deliver and pitch proposals.-Understand product functionality, pricing, regulatory and risk matters to speak with a cross-section of senor stakeholders at prospective clients. Gain an understanding of the technology, compliance and operational environment of target customers.-Challenge long-established services providers to make a compelling case for the solution within client organizations. Drive client decision making through production of tailored presentations and client analysis. Stakeholder roles include Head of Corporate Banking, Head of Transaction Banking, Head of Cash Management, Head of Payments, Head of Correspondent Banking, Head of Treasury or Settlement Operations, Head of Risk, Head of Compliance, Chief Information Officer, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Innovation Officer etc-Manage Visa B2B Connect sales in the CEMEA region by building and sharing a robust pipeline, managing the pipeline through to successful handover to implementation. This is done by actively utilizing MS Dynamics.-Develop and own product expertise to proactively advocate as a subject matter expert to clients, partners and internal stakeholders. Gain a deep understanding of product functionality, and roadmap, regulatory and compliance issues, and the technology and operational environment of target customers, including the major operational risk issues.-Contribute to the Money Movement strategy for the region and sub-regions and to developing market specific business plans through the provision of appropriate intelligence. Support building and executing regional business plans, performance reporting, budgets, marketing activities and other operational tasks.-Take responsibility for the execution of sales plans by reporting, tracking and supporting joint objectives with in-country teams and continuously updating the plan based on business needs.-Provide analysis, insight and ongoing monitoring of market trends, regulations, pricing and competitive position by collecting and organizing market intelligence and client feedback that contributes to the prioritization roadmap for Visa B2B Connect.-Execute the implementation of product enhancements supported by Implementation, Client Service and Global Product while ensuring compliance with products, brand and risk management standards.-Understand and influence product positioning against competitors while being a strong and articulate external voice for Visa.-Serve as a role model by being accountable for commitments, promoting transparency and healthy debate, and demonstrating ethical behaviour and acting with integrity.-Represent Visa at external events when called upon to do so.-Contribute your knowledge of Correspondent Banking and Treasury Banking products to others in CMS and support your sales and Country Account Executive or Business Development colleagues.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsSuccessful candidates will be highly adaptable, possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple work streams. This role requires a high degree of comfort with ambiguity, creativity, and ability to work with stakeholders in different market settings and functional roles. The candidate must be highly collaborative, strategic, customer oriented and bring a structured & disciplined approach to driving growth in CEMEA.Basic Qualifications -15 years relevant experience with a bachelor\'s degree, 13 years with an advanced degree (e.g. MBA, MSc, PGD) or 10 years with a PhD. Preferred Experience & Skills -Work experience must demonstrate experience in correspondent banking, treasury management, transaction banking or financial institutional advisory, having performed product sales or client-facing commercialization roles. Experience in cash management deal structuring is preferred. -Knowledge of corporate and SME banking with clear understanding of payment flows, platforms, systems and SaaS, mobile, API and architecture in the payments industry, with business development and deal structuring experience. -Fluent in English with advanced spoken and written ability. Skilled at holding client conversations to clearly articulate technical solutions and the ability to explain complex business and technical concepts to broad audiences in an approachable manner with experience in stakeholder education and training delivery. -Knowledge of the CEMEA markets, regional regulatory constraints, competitive landscape and related dynamics.Additional InformationVisa is an EEO Employer.
