They are looking for an experienced leader to join as a Director in a new role as a result of the fund\'s expansion plans globally. The role\'s key areas of focus include M&A transaction execution, corporate finance strategy, strategic advisory and relationship management. What the job involves
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management and C-suite executives, providing expert advice on M&A opportunities, due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring
- Support investment teams and portfolio companies in developing M&A strategy and executing transactions globally
- Collaborate on due diligence, financial analysis, and valuation assessments to evaluate potential transactions
- Provide expertise beyond M&A, including capital structure optimization, financial modelling, and strategic financial planning
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including advisors, investors, and industry professionals
- Proven track record in a senior leadership role within M&A advisory, Private Equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with an MBA preferred
- Expert knowledge of M&A processes, deal structuring, and valuation techniques
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
