This includes, but is not limited to:o Working on a day-to-day basis directly with clients to advise them on the management of their investment portfolios in line with their stated goals and investment objectiveso the generation of investment ideas tailored to market trends, customer profile and FAB investment views and the delivery of those ideas to clients in a suitable and appropriate mannero Robust and detailed portfolio management, execution and follow-up of IA mandates, in adherence with the Bank's policies & procedures.o the performance of day-to-day risk management/monitoring of IA mandates.xc2xb7 Partner with Relationship Managers in the acquisition and retention of new IA mandates. This includes, but is not limited to:o Pitching IA services directly to select clients of the Private Banking and Key Clients Groupo Daily interaction with clients on their portfolio and the resolution of a client related issues in the management of the client's investment assetso Taking a holistic view of the overall investment relationship across Advisory, Discretionary and Execution only portfolioso Participate in publishing/maintaining Focus Lists on equities, fixed income and managed investments.o on the management of IA Mandates:xc2xb7 Ensure that portfolios are tailored to client's risk profiles and objectives / communicate to client any deviationxc2xb7 Ensure that relevant process is followed when marketing investment solutions and that each relevant policy is respectedxc2xb7 Ensure the proper processing of client's instructions from idea sharing to booking a trade.xc2xb7 Actively manage risk/investments' performance and suggest required changes in portfolio structure to clients.xc2xb7 Suggest portfolio rebalancing as appropriate.o Ensure the maintenance of up-to-date records of Investment proposals and portfolio reviews.o Implement portfolio strategies by choosing the appropriate investment products among the list of selected securities (Focus List);o Maximize the performance of portfolios in adherence with the client's investment objectives and profile.o Proactive partner with Relationship Managers in Business Development activities by preparing and delivering client pitches, providing portfolio advice at client meetings and resolving client investment related issueso Actively promote investment opportunities across the full spectrum of asset classes in line with FAB investment views and Tactical Allocation whilst monitoring the investments of advisory clients#LI-A55Qualificationso Excellent knowledge of the financial markets and financial tools.o Deep understanding of the global economy and capital markets, equity and fixed income analysis, asset allocation, portfolio construction and risk management for client portfolios, and solid analytic and communication skillso Solid understanding of investments business, asset classes, fund structures and investment processes.o Knowledge of and experience in products sourcing, and management in the investment industryo Experience in various asset classeso Team player with a positive attitudeo Ability to work to tight deadlineso Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Academic requirement:o Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance and or Master's Degree or an industry qualificationo SCA Certifiedo CPA/CFA or equivalent will be an advantageJob Experience needed:o At least 7+ years of experience in a similar environment
