OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:
The Director, International Commercial Marketing & Business Excellence will work closely with the CRO International and the Regional BDDs:
To review, deploy and customize the Global Plans in the Regions.
To work with the Global International Marketing Integrator Team to develop ad Hoc Commercial and Marketing Projects which could not necessarily have a Global Scope. For Example, Asia Product Innovation, TREX, Value Offer Proposition, Dedicated KCPs activations which can be different Region by Region, local assets (Digital and non-Digital).
To lead local projects of developing marketing activities and product development with local relevancy.
To work together with International Director Business Planning to support the CRO and the Brands President to Develop Performance Marketing KPIs for the international marketing ecosystem.
To build a marketing activities monthly report to be shared with the CRO, the Regions and the Global Team - To work together with the BDDs monitoring the spending of the A&P within the Business Partners Price Structures.
To work with the Global Digital Team to roll out the DTC and Other Online channels in International. - To attend Global Innovation monthly meetings.
To drive Retail Excellence through excellent store design and visual merchandising execution as well as implementation of luxe services protocol and improve client relationship management process with enhance training module to escalate the service and productivity level of retail staff.
To work together with the Creative Team to develop the best and most cost effective VM Executions in the Regions.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Business Strategy & Planning
Support the BDDs to develop their local Marketing Plans
Participate in the Regions and Market business reviews.
Support the International Marketing Integrator in creating relevant products & programs "fit for use" for the international markets.
Consolidate & share with the international marketing integrator feedback received from Regional Hubs related to future launches / activations in a timely manner.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS AND ABILTIES:
Ability to communicate fluently, both spoken and written English. Other languages a plus
Has excellent interpersonal skills and a high level of energy.
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate impact.
Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across several internal and external teams.
Strategic and Critical thinker with the ability to clearly communicate a vision.
Enthusiastic, passionate with Strong Commercial and Marketing Working Experience in the Beauty industry.
Thrive in a start-up environment and navigate effectively in complex and ambiguous situations.
Agility in managing relationships with Senior and Top Management.
Able to work with a multi-countries diverse team and possibly remotely based.
High levels of collaboration and with strong teamwork ethics and culturally sensitive.
Experience working with Global Teams and collaborating across multiple geographies.
Experience working with Distributors
Experience in Developing and Leading Retail Excellence Programs with an Omni-Channel approach.
High Level of Flexibility in working with multiple time zones and with the direct boss remotely located.
High Level of Flexibility to travel 20% of the time in pick moments
WORK EXPERIENCE
Minimum 7/10 years Sales & Marketing experience in multiple geographies and Global/Regional Roles
