:One of the leading Healthcare facilities is currently looking for a Director of Internal Audit for the Dubai Location.Plan, manage and deliver comprehensive assurance and advisory services, to provide management with an independent appraisal of the e\xef\xac\x80ectiveness of risk management and governance. Proactively advise and assist management in the identi\xef\xac\x81cation and cost-e\xef\xac\x80ective mitigation of risks, as well as in achieving protection and e\xef\xac\x83cient utilisation of corporate resources.In this role, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Responsible for the risk identi\xef\xac\x81cation and assessment process, and all audit delivery, for the assigned business portfolio.

• Develop long term strategy and vision for providing audit services to the business entities using a risk-based audit planning methodology, expert industry knowledge and best practices.

• Drive initiatives across designed to strengthen audit governance and control.

• Provide assurance and advisory services as well as special assignments as requested by

management, with a view to assisting the business in enhancing operational e\xef\xac\x83ciency, improving revenue and reducing costs whilst promoting and in\xef\xac\x82uencing the adoption of best practice control and governance frameworks.

• Develop relationships with key members of senior management across and advise them on addressing key risks e\xef\xac\x80ecting their businesses in the most e\xef\xac\x83cient way, through the use of analytics, policies, processes, and control frameworks to achieve optimal risk protection.

• Build and demonstrate subject matter expertise across the lines of business to provide focused audit and advisory solutions based on a structured risk-based approach. Obtain management agreement for risks and controls and design an e\xef\xac\x80ective plan to manage/mitigate those risks.

• Ensure audit teams comply with internationally accepted auditing standards and codes of ethics published by regulatory bodies including the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

• Develop and maintain relationships with multiple internal and external parties to enable combined assurance. Represent the organization at external professional forums, and keep up-to-date with latest developments in the industry and profession, so as to promote best practices across the department and the organisation.

• Take responsibility for achieving Internal Audit department metrics/key performance indicators through leading e\xef\xac\x80ective delivery of a broad range of risk, assurance and advisory services.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:-Quali\xef\xac\x81cations: Master or Bachelor in Finance / Audit or any related specialty Chartered Accountant / CPA / CIA.Experience:

• 10+ years with knowledge and experience of an internal audit function with and experience in leading teams in a complex environment.

• Strong understanding of risk management principles and internal control frameworks.

• Aptitude for continuous learning and development.
