Act as a solution delivery manager for GTB business and contribute to improving Time-to-Revenue for GTB products
Accountable for end-to-end complex Channel implementations for cash management solutions in UAE including project execution and management
Responsible for clients GTB solution implementation for the duration of the implementation life cycle by exploring customers requirements and formulating project plans
Manage and execute project plans, coordinate with related departments and/or external vendors to fulfill the implementation requirements within the expected timeline, at the expected quality requirements agreed with the client
Coordinate with Client Services, IT, and other stakeholders to provide support during delivery of service solution and also during the warranty period (till the deal is closed)
Support other related activities and coordinate client training.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for Time-to-Revenue of deals assigned, ensuring clients are implemented in a fast, controlled and accurate way.
Participate in Client Kick-off meetings and project working groups for solution implementation
Ensure complete UAT is performed with clients, with accurate test scenarios/results.
Collaborate with internal IT and business stakeholders to ensure FAB deliverables are monitored including project risks
Accurate project status reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Migration of manual transaction volume to electronic volume (infra-structure readiness)
Complete all mandatory & personal development training as stipulated by management
Job Context:
Focus is primarily on chosen Business Banking clients
Close liaison with staff from GTB Advisory, Client Services, Channel Support, (Global) branch network, Relationship Managers, IT Desk, Operations and other relevant stakeholders in the implementation process
Participate in review of client agreements, service standards and service quality to ensure that we meet and exceed the expectations of our clients
Assist our clients in understanding and using our GTB products and channels
Lead implementation of local, regional & global cash management solutions of varying size and complexity
Continuously reduce implementation cycle time, minimize deal slippage & associated revenue conversion lead time, all aiming to improve Time-to-Revenue. Accurately report project status, escalating effectively for on hold & slow moving deals
Disciplined application of structured project management methodologies throughout the implementation life cycle, ensuring effective project control and delivery to plan
Co-ordinate Advisory, Product Management, Client Management and IT/Operations partners to ensure client satisfaction. Navigate in the bank on behalf of client, leveraging bank resources & escalation channels as required to ensure smooth delivery
Effectively manage client relationships and ultimately act as trusted implementation advisor. Enhanced client satisfaction should be reflected in positive client survey scores & documented during detailed post implementation reviews & case book write ups for future implementation usage & marketing purposes
Attention to detail and comfort dealing with completing administrative work associated with client implementations
Continuously initiate & drive process enhancements
Effective workload management/prioritization to increase capacity/productivity within the implementation team
Effective maintenance & communication of MIS and project metrics. Provide ongoing senior management updates on key projects as required
Perform strategic projects, as required
Participate in staff forums & survey processes
Ensure 100% adherence to compliance rules and support all audit protocols as appropriate

Excellent knowledge of corporate cash management, including payments, collections and liquidity solutions
Knowledge of SME business and nuances of specific Cash Management requirements
Excellent knowledge of channel applications especially in the GTB business
Excellent knowledge in Project Management (e.g. PMI, PRINCE2 qualification)
Significant experience working with clients in delivering solutions.
Language proficient: fluent (business) English, Arabic is preferred.

Experience:
Possess sound experience in cash management product implementation and project management.
Good understanding of local and international GTB products, international cash management electronic platform operations
At least 10 years experience in the Financial Services industry and already have demonstrated a similar role or competencies in their recent career.
