Coordinate with Strategy & Marketing Department in the development of sales targets across products and channels. Support the developing of enterprise sales strategies and plans. Oversee the identification and pursuit of business development opportunities. Provide input on sales performance to Strategy & Marketing teams and supports new product / service development. Develop and manage relationships with key accounts to ensure a favorable business disposition and ensure continuity of sales. Drive successful identification and capturing of customer requirements. Follow up with Business Solutions & Delivery department to ensure successful delivery of solutions to customers. Interface with Presales & Bid Management team when the client issues a request for proposal, providing Presales with information pertaining to client's high-level needs and goals. Support collection teams in managing billing and collection activities for accounts.
