At Four Seasons, we are powered by people and our culture enables everything we do.The Role of Director, Field Sales EMEA.We currently have an opportunity for a Director, Field Sales EMEA to join our Four Seasons Corporate team in Dubai!This role has a spilt - line reporting to: Senior Vice President, Sales and VP Commercial (EMEA) The Director of Field Sales is responsible for providing strategic leadership support to the on- property sales teams within the defined region (EMEA).The role will focus on aligning sales strategies and tactics with the objective of improving the profitability of all goaled segments: travel industry, corporate negotiated, wholesale, group, with specific focus on increasing direct and high rated, profitable business supporting overall performance. The role will also evaluate opportunities with deployment, business development, Worldwide Sales office partnerships, event strategy & ROI. This role will work closely with VP Commercial and SVP Sales to identify retention and recruitment tactics, highlighting top regional sales talent, and support training and upskilling programs. Collaboration with all areas within the commercial team (Worldwide sales, Marketing, RM and Distribution, Digital performance, PR, Analytics) is essential.This highly collaborative position requires exceptional communication and relationship-building skills. The individual must be a self-starter who is motivated and proactive in identifying gaps and opportunities and must be able to lead and engage with other internal and external team members who do not have a direct reporting relationship.Our Ideal Director, Field Sales EMEA will have:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, hospitality management, or a related field. Proven track record of success in a similar leadership role within the luxury hotel industry, with extensive experience in sales, with ten years experience of increasing or expanding scope as a proven leader in a hospitality environment which include direct sales experience. This role will include 40% travel, as required by the business to support the role.You will have the highest level of integrity and transparency, strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.
