• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients.
• Team Leadership and Development:
• Manage and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set clear goals, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
• Organize training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
• Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new leads, opportunities, and partnerships.
• Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and trade shows to promote the company.

• Project Coordination:
• Liaise between clients and project teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the sales or project process.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction sales or a related industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
