Join us today and experience Life at Visa.Purpose:Commercial and Money Movement (CMS) represents a key strategic growth pillar for Visa as it expands beyond consumer payments (C2B) and into broader money movement flows among individuals, businesses, and governments.The CMS Consulting Director will be part of the GCC and NALP (MENA) Visa Consulting and Analytics team (VCA) which delivers high impact consulting, analytics, and data science projects to our clients across MENA. The main focus of the role is growing and delivery advisory related to the CMS pillar, including: 1) developing and evolving VCA's offering to support clients in the area of CMS, 2) driving VCA client business development in this area, and 3) delivering client consulting projects end to end.Responsibilities include:
Lead VCA's CMS platform across GCC and NALP including platform development, clients management, business development, and projects delivery.
Continue to evolve the platform's offering based on the detailed understanding of the objectives, challenges, and support needs of GCC and NALP clients. This offering covers advisory, analytics and data science, and managed services.
Develop project pitches/proposals and secure new consulting assignments with clients, as well as re-engagement opportunities via a consultative sales approach.
Use Visa's and external data to analyze client needs across the focus markets and identify opportunities for consulting assignments with Visa's key clients.
Lead and deliver consulting projects, primarily in the CMS area, but also in related VCA practices if needed.
Guide team members in structuring and delivering different project workstreams.
Resolve clients' complex strategic problems, synthesizing complex questions and ambiguous client situations as required.
Lead client discussions including introductory workshops on CMS topics, support pitches, projects scoping, etc.
In coordination with Country Managers, Account Executives and VCA Geo leads, develop plans for consulting activities.
Support Visa's business development teams in developing client partnership pitches and proposals.
Develop VCA thought leadership related to CMS.
If required, work on client site to design and project manage the implementation of consulting recommendations, product value propositions, product migrations, etc.
Manage project budgets and resources, and perform all required administrative project management activities to sell and deliver VCA projects.
Work closely with different Visa functions, including Sales, Product, Marketing etc., to ensure a seamless consulting projects delivery and impact.
Lead knowledge sharing initiatives with consulting teams in other regions to incorporate best practice, source analytical or other solutions to bring global perspective to local clients.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.QualificationsEducation and professional qualifications:
10 plus years of work experience including solid consulting experience
Consulting experience gained within a strategy house
Commercial, corporate, business banking, payments experience is a plus
MBA or Post Graduate studies is a plus
A recognized undergraduate degree qualification
