Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This role is responsible for driving the sales strategy at UD International Sales, focusing on market segmentation, pricing, business transformation, and commercial intelligence. He/she leads business development initiatives and high-impact projects that boost sales growth and ensure long-term profitability.
Responsibilities and Duties
Developing and implementing a data-driven segmentation strategy to optimize market coverage and customer engagement.
Leading price management initiatives to enhance competitiveness while maintaining profitability.
Driving business transformation efforts, leveraging market insights and operational efficiencies to future-proof sales performance.
Harnessing business intelligence to provide strategic recommendations, ensuring data-driven decision-making across commercial functions.
Spearheading business development initiatives to identify new revenue streams and expand market presence including bundle offering.
Managing high-impact commercial projects that contribute to both short-term sales acceleration and long-term strategic positioning.
Design and implement commercial dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators, sales trends, and market dynamics.
Ensure real-time visibility of commercial performance by leveraging data visualization tools and advanced analytics.
Deliver actionable insights through structured reporting, supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.
Continuously enhance reporting frameworks, integrating automation and predictive analytics for improved efficiency.
Minimum qualifications
Education and qualifications:
Master degree in Business Administration (MBA),
Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Additional certifications in
strategy, business analytics, or commercial leadership
are a plus
Experience and expertise:
Proven expertise in the commercial vehicle industry or related sectors
