OverviewThis role is responsible to ensure the development of the relevant market by improving the workflow in the facilities, growth in patient volume and development of revenue initiatives (RCM, contracts, etc). Key area focus includes joint ventures with the relevant health authorities, outsourced services for operators in the relevant UAE market. A key KPI for this role is revenue growth, as well as business growth, network expansion, and new revenue streams. This role is expected to provide key leadership for monitoring clinical practice standards, billing conduct and ensuring zero tolerance for misbehavior in practice and conduct.Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to improve and grow the healthcare organization.This may involve analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and
aligning organizational goals with industry developments.
This position works with the DCOs to build the business

Responsible for ensuring effective coordination across the continuum of care and implementation of strategies that grow the revenue and EBITDA.
Focus on educating the market on services that the organization has to offer.
Review and analyze all performance against benchmarks (MGMA, American Colleges,etc.).
Facilitates process improvements or development projects to achieve desired outcomes both in terms of clinical and business outcomes
Solicits input from internal and external stakeholders, including persons served,referral sources, clinical staff, payers, and others in the broader community regarding needs and then incorporates these into further program development as appropriate.
Functions as an expert, educator, consultant, researcher, facilitator and advisor on quality and risk management.
Promotes an interdisciplinary team approach based on mutual respect and direct communication between health care professionals to ensure care is delivered effectively. Including collaboration regarding issues that may impact patient care; facilitate solutions as needed
Supports and works in partnership with the leadership team in setting the strategic direction for the organization
Provides leadership in critical thinking, conflict management and problem solving.
Show evidence of up-to-date evidence-based practice and practical expertise amongst interdisciplinary team to enhance quality of service and staff development.
Presents/delivers training within appropriate subjects and where appropriate presents at conferences nationally or internationally where required.
Shows evidence of research-oriented activity in the form of implementation of clinical guidelines, participating in research, presentations, journal clubs etc.
Engages in health promotion activities in the healthcare organization and community.
Monitors and evaluates the quality of care and service provided.
Actively participates in accreditation activities.
Undertakes patient and environmental risk assessments and documents corrective action to improve patient outcomes as required.
Audits compliance with organizational documentation standards.
Supports and participates in ongoing education within the individuals scope of practice supporting the whole organization
QualificationsRequired:
Bachelors degree in Management or a relevant clinical field
Post graduate qualifications related to the operational field
A minimum of 10 years post graduate experience
5-7 years experience within people management
Job-Specific skills and abilities:
In depth understanding of laboratory operations and Profit and Loss (P&L) to drive revenue and growth.
Experience across reference laboratory business models, clinical laboratory outreach locally & regionally.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Desired:
Masters Degree.
Similar Experience in a role in a healthcare environment with 10 years expereince.
