Procore is expanding its Global Channel team and seeking a highly experienced Director, Channel Management to lead the development and strategic growth of Procore's Channel ecosystem in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA). In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing both the expansion of existing partnerships and the recruitment of new strategic partners across the region. You will play a key role in shaping and executing the channel strategy, driving partner performance, and ensuring that Procore's ecosystem thrives in the MENA market.As the Director, you will work cross-functionally with internal teams to align on business goals, ensure successful partner enablement, and drive measurable revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel management, partner development, and performance-driven leadership.This position will report to our Director of Partnerships, EMEA, and be based in our Dubai office. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.What you'll do:Lead the optimization of the Procore Partner Program in MENA, driving the recruitment, onboarding, and development of high-performing channel partners to accelerate new business acquisition.Develop and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to expand Procore's partner ecosystem, focusing on both regional growth and strategic partnerships.Act as a trusted business consultant to partners, advising on go-to-market strategies and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create and implement impactful business plans.Provide in-depth analysis and reporting on partner performance, including accurate forecasting and performance trends, to senior leadership.Drive significant revenue growth through the channel, consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.Evangelize the joint value proposition of Procore's partnerships across marketing, sales, and customer success teams, ensuring alignment and maximizing partner engagement across all functions.Identify and address capacity and capability gaps within the partner network, delivering targeted enablement programs to strengthen partner capabilities and improve performance.Lead key partner engagements, ensuring a strong focus on partner success, tracking quarterly progress, and adjusting strategies to meet evolving business needs.Plan and oversee high-impact channel marketing activities, including roadshows and partner events, to generate sales leads and increase market penetration.Contribute to the development of Channel Management best practices, sharing insights and strategies with global teams to continuously elevate Procore's channel approach.What we're looking for:Proven success in leading and scaling a channel ecosystem, ideally within the SaaS or construction technology industry.Extensive experience in partner-facing roles, with a deep understanding of MENA market dynamics and the ability to establish strong, long-term relationships with key strategic partners.Expertise in building and executing partner development strategies that drive measurable business results.Strong knowledge of the MENA region's construction and technology landscape, with the ability to quickly adapt to the region's unique challenges and opportunities.Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of influencing internal and external stakeholders to achieve shared goals.High integrity, energy, and a commitment to excellence, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.Passion for cloud technologies, SaaS solutions, and transforming the construction industry through innovative tools and partnerships.Additional InformationPerks & BenefitsAt Procore, we invest in our employees and provide a full range of benefits and perks to help you grow and thrive.
