OverviewCore42 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Brand, PR & Communications to lead our global brand and communications strategy. This role will play a crucial part in shaping and amplifying Core42's brand identity and reputation across the globe, driving both brand growth and strategic communication efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in both brand management and public relations, capable of developing integrated campaigns that elevate the Core42 brand to new heights.ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive brand and PR strategies that align with Core42's business objectives and vision. Lead the development of global outreach plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels and enhancing Core42's brand identity and visibility. Brand Management: Define and refine Core42's unique value proposition, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all platforms. Oversee 360-degree marketing and GTM campaigns that promote Core42s brand, products, and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, sales, and creative agencies to ensure cohesive brand representation. PR & Media Relations: Act as the primary spokesperson for Core42, cultivating strong relationships with key media outlets to secure high-level placements. Develop and activate a media center to direct communication functions across all markets, ensuring a consistent high standard driven by insights and results. Content and Communication Strategy: Oversee the creation of multi-stakeholder, multi-channel content strategies that support Core42s corporate narratives, internal communications, technological innovations, and product communications. Lead the creation and dissemination of press releases, blogs, social media content, and newsletters to ensure alignment with company values and goals. \xc2\xb7 Tech Communications: Develop and execute communication strategies that highlight Core42s technological innovations and advancements, ensuring consistent and engaging tech narratives across all platforms.Thought Leadership & Crisis Management: Lead and manage thought leadership engagements for the Executive Leadership team. Develop and implement communication strategies to address emerging issues and mitigate risks, ensuring the brand remains resilient in high-pressure situations. Employee Branding: Partner with HR to develop and lead initiatives to enhance Core42s employer brand, fostering a positive and attractive workplace culture through internal communications and external employer branding strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor and analyze the performance of brand and PR campaigns, competitive activities, and global messaging to optimize strategies and ensure continuous improvement. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of brand, PR, and communications professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence. Support budget management and strategic planning to achieve organizational goals.QualificationsMinimum 10 years of experience in brand management, PR, and communications, preferably within the technology sector. Proven experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing and communication strategies. Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Strong media relations experience and familiarity with digital tools, social listening, and social platforms. Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to rapidly changing market conditions. Multilingual skills are a plus, particularly Arabic and English.
