Requirements-
Min 5+ yrs of experience in Industrial Catering
Graduate / Specialized Courses related to Hotel / Catering Management
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word & Power Point Presentation
Excellent in English communication

• Will be overall responsible for Dinning.
• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the Catering Operations
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
• Preparation of duty roaster for all Dining Supervisor and Dining Staff
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
• Provide healthy, hygienic & clean dining atmosphere to enhance the customer satisfaction, smooth coordination between Food Production and Customer Service in meeting service standards through best practices & on the job training
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
