Job Description
• Measure and verify the physical dimensions of products or parts using tools like calipers, micrometers, and tape measures.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all items produced meet required specifications and quality standards.
• Recording Data: Document inspection results, including measurements, findings, and any non-compliance or defects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with production teams to address discrepancies and suggest improvements in manufacturing processes.
• Calibration: Regularly calibrate inspection tools and equipment to ensure accuracy.
• Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on inspection results, quality checks, and corrective actions taken.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and help resolve production issues related to dimension discrepancies.
• Education: Bachlor's in Engineering.
• Experience: Min upto 2 to 3 years in UAE in Steel Structure IND
