This would include working with Sites production/Engineering Stake holders to execute hardware/software changes on site to serve the sites digital transformation agenda. Some examples of executional tasks could be:
Develop software applications to communicate with hardware on the site.
Integrate pre-existing software modules together and/or with newly developed components.
Preform upgrades on pre-existing software applications.
Troubleshoot hardware/connectivity problems.
Conduct basic troubleshooting of various software systems.
Act as a point of contact to offer basic troubleshooting for hardware/software affiliated with sites Digital infrastructure.Be responsible to coordinate with internal factory stakeholders within the design and implementation phase of digital transformation projects.You are likely to be a good fit in this role if you love to get on to execution with hardware/software tools in own hands.What you need to succeed?Experiences & QualificationsBachelors degree in Computer science, Electronics or a similar field0-2 years of experience in the Software Development/Manufacturing/Automation field.The ideal candidate should have developed fairly complex software components using any programming language.The candidate is preferred to have experience in reading/writing/debugging object-oriented programming languages.Proficiency to self-learn from resources over the internet.SkillsAbility to Communicate/read/write in English language.Demonstrated expertise in writing software programs in any programming language (e.g. .NET/C# or Python) is a must.Basic understanding of computer networks/IP Addressing/General Network hardware.Basic understanding of Electrical wiring/cabling.Working knowledge of SQL is a plus.LeadershipYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
