:As a Consultant within the Digital Transformation team, you will be involved in project teams focused on analyzing Business Processes and deriving Digital Transformation agendas for our local and international clients (mainly in Middle East); to support the further development of Four clients Digital Consulting approach including services related to IT Governance, Data Analytics, Applications, Agile, and Emerging Technologies (AI, Process Mining, RPA, IoT, Industry 4.0)Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing Digital products, solutions and implementation roadmaps for our clients
• Add value to our clients by helping them address complex issues, deliver sustainable results and demonstrate real impact
• Take accountability for your role on projects, take necessary action to ensure your performance remains on track
• Be proactive in escalating any issues or concerns to the senior management team on your project
• Support on data analysis and slide development, to present to clients
• Introduce change and manage clients expectations across the full hierarchy from top management to blue collar roles
• Able to shift quickly from one complex situation to another when working on multifaceted projects
• Able to align with project sponsors and cross-functional teams regarding outcomes, decisions, targets etc. across all levels within a clients organization
• Support the advancement of Clients Digital capabilities

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5+ years of related experience, preferably in a Management Consultancy or related field
• Fluent command of English and Arabic is required
• Previous experience in a client facing role would be advantageous
• Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience in ETL and have worked with SQL, data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik is a plus
• Knowledge in IT architectures and emerging technologies like AI, RPA, IoT and Cloud Solutions
• Experience with SAP and Oracle is also a plus
• High level of commitment, perseverance, and ability to work under pressure and long hours
• Professional demeanor when dealing with clients
• Willingness to travel extensively, mainly within Saudi Arabia

Education

• Bachelor/masters degree in computer science or related field
