Overview of the roleThis role will be crucial in assisting the Executive Director of Strategy in shaping the strategic direction of the Real Estates digital/digitalisation project portfolio. This individual will be responsible for analyzing digital market trends, map and understand the current state of Al Futtaim Real Estates Digitalisation journey, identifying gaps and opportunities, and supporting the development of digitalisation strategies that align with the company's objectives.What you will do
  • Support creation of the digitalisation strategy in Real estate with senior leadership and provide recommendations on key digital gaps, related business decisions and opportunities.
  • Assess the digitalization potential within the Real Estate business, identify key initiatives, and develop and execute implementation plans and roadmaps in coordination with digitalization teams.
  • Determine, develop and execute long-term strategic digital plans, including roadmaps and timelines for key initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of digital transformation strategies and initiatives independently, and digital product strategies for the Real Estate digital portfolio.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, prioritize, and implement strategic digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Act as digital projects PMO, monitor and evaluate the performance of digital strategic initiatives, tracking key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
