We are looking for a creative individual who is not afraid to try new things, think outside the box and can deliver results.What youll doOmnichannel Execution

• Assist in the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including building and scheduling email workflows, setting up A/B testing, and segmenting email lists based on audience characteristics
• Assist with Work with marketing automation tools (e.g. iReach, VAE) to set up automated email campaigns
• Assist Monitor and analyse key email marketing metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and deliverability. Provide regular reports and insights to improve campaign performance
• Assist in optimisation and Testing: Continuously explore opportunities for improving email performance. Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and calls-to-action to enhance engagement and conversion rates
• Assist Set up Veeva suggestions per Campaigns
• Assist in the delivery and development of omnichannel marketing initiatives and associated systems, such as Omnitrack, with a focus on enhancing customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze all digital marketing analytics, providing insights and recommendations for continual improvement.
• Follow consent status and readiness per target group segment
• Follow up with marketing team on readiness of content, create repository of content for easy access and track
• Assist in preparing campaign results dashboards with recommendations for optimizations.
• Assist with tasks related to Videos upload and QR code gene generator
• Coordination of meetings and communications with key stakeholders and vendors
• Assist in all projects exaction and reporting whenever needed
• Assist with the identification of potential business improvement areas such as new automation to existing solutions and processes,

• Organized, disciplined, and motivated
• A keen interest in digital technologies
• Project Management skills

• At least one year of experience in pharmaceutical industry
• Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint skills
• Software Programming skills would be helpful

Desirable for the role

• Knowledge and experience of GCC market
• Basic understanding of CRM Systems
